Drainage Improvements
A&O’s scope included a visit to each facility to collect field measurements. We coordinated with a surveyor for a topographic survey of sites 4,8, and 10. We produced a grading plan, an erosion control plan, and a site plan for each location and provided pertinent construction details and specifications. Improvements for site 8 involved the removal of all asphalt to regrade and compact subgrade, installation of new curb and gutters, and repaving the site.
A&O provided an engineer’s opinion of construction costs, assisted with bidding, performed construction administration, and provided as-built record plans. Ω
